Is the consultation confidential?
What you share with an attorney during a consultation is generally protected by attorney-client confidentiality.
Is the consultation in person or by phone?
We will go over the options when you call or text to schedule, so we can arrange what works best for you.
Can someone come with me?
If you would like someone to join you, mention it when you schedule so we can plan for it.
Can the consultation be in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese?
Yes. We offer consultations in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. Language assistance in English, Spanish, and Italian is included at no additional cost. For Portuguese, we work with an outside interpreter who charges a fee. The amount is confirmed when you call or text to schedule, and you may bring an interpreter of your choice instead, without paying our interpreter fee. Let us know your preferred language when you schedule.
